As our web site tells you, certain baking secrets are passed down in our kitchens – and they have for nearly 100 years. I bet that’s not very different from your kitchens.
Our family arrived in Cincinnati more than a century ago, armed with prized family recipes. Basic to our trade at the time was the quality of the dough, made the old-fashioned way, using only the finest ingredients. These quality standards remain in our family business today – but back then, products were sold door to door from a horse-drawn wagon.
Today, our family business continues to grow, and we’re proud to say, it has become one of largest family-owned bakeries in the Midwest. These successes have come from listening to you, our consumers, and ensuring we continue to bake the products you want, and can feel good about serving your family. I personally know that you take a great deal of pride in the products you put on your family’s meal tables.
That’s why we’ve launched this blog. We want to hear from you about everything bread related. Share your family’s recipes with us (especially those that involve bread), tell us about products you’d like to see – and about experiences you’ve had. Even better, send us your pictures, videos and more. If they tickle us, we’ll share them with the rest of our family of consumers. And, I’ll make sure we send you a coupon for free product, as well.
