Springtime Picnic Meal Planner
March 24th, 2010If your family is like mine, the arrival of spring brings outdoor pursuits of all kinds … biking, jogging, walking, flying kites, hiking, boating, swimming and other activities including picnics! There’s so much to do. This Beach Club recipe is perfect for a sunny afternoon picnic – and it’s quick and easy, too. Enjoy!
Beach Club
Ingredients:
- 2 slices Turkey
- 1 slice Provolone cheese
- 1 tsp. Mayonnaise
- 2-3 slices Cucumber
- 2 slices Tomato
- 2 Tbsp. Avocado spread
- 2 slices Klosterman Whole Grain Wheat Bread
Directions:
Spread mayonnaise onto one slice of Klosterman Whole Grain Wheat bread and pile on the meat, cheese, veggies and additional toppings. Top with a second slice of bread and you’re set for a great afternoon with friends or family!
