Klosterman's customers represent all facets of the food service industry—from fresh to frozen; from fast food chain to Mom & Pop dining; from French cuisine to carry-out; from hotel to hospital; from steakhouse to school. If a customer needs a special sandwich roll developed or a last minute delivery, Klosterman is there.

Klosterman is one of the largest family-owned bakeries in the Midwest, with over 500 associates. We have four plants that produce more than 400 varieties of bakery products. In addition, we have nine distribution facilities that deliver fresh bakery products to Indiana, Kentucky, Ohio, Tennessee and Michigan. We are partnered with 12 food service distributors to provide the highest quality of frozen bakery products throughout the United States.
